QLDC: Stop/Go on Glenorchy-Queenstown Road

I just wanted to reach out to share that we’ve got some traffic management required on the section of Glenorchy-Queenstown Road near Fernhill over the next few weeks, as we work to upgrade the Two Mile water intake with UV treatment.

Currently, we’re looking at stop/go operating on the dates and times below, outside of peak traffic times:

• Thursday 17 October – Friday 18 October – between 8.30am and 4.00pm
• Monday 21 October – Friday 25 October – between 8.30am and 4.00pm
• Tuesday 29 October – Friday 1 November – between 8.30am and 4.00pm
• Monday 4 November – Friday 8 November – between 8.30 and 4.00pm.

We’re hopeful that last week of work won’t be required but some of this work is weather dependent and we’ll provide an update closer to the time if it will be required or not.
