Predator Free New Zealand by 2050 - it's a big ask. Bigger task. How can it be done? By whom? How might it be funded? Why should we? What happens if we don't?
Three Whakatipu experts - Paul Kavanagh, Ange Newport and Spang Springer - will discuss their predator control work at local, national and international levels, plus the complex web of interrelated issues, at Tuesday night's Catalyst Kōrero.
All koha goes to Southern Lakes Sanctuary, where a collective of six major groups and their 1000 volunteers collaborate with DOC and Ngāi Tahu to protect our native wildlife. Including the reintroduction of takahē, once thought extinct. Please bring your koha to support their efforts.
