BIDEN ADMINISTRATION: INTERNATIONAL PRIORITIES AND RELATIONS
Apr 14, 2021 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Dear Catalysters,
After an extended hiatus over the new year, we are back with our first event for 2021. We'd like to apologise for giving less notice than we usually would but when there is an opportunity, you seize it. Next week the US Ambassador is in town and has agreed to host a talk with us. The event will be ticketed through Eventbrite (Free) so check out the details below and make sure to register if you'd like to attend.
Biden Administration: International Priorities and Relations,
Wednesday April 14, 6-7.30pm - The Rees Hotel Queenstown conference room.
The recent election of President Biden is having a significant impact on the way the US conducts itself in world affairs. Some changes have been explicitly announced, some developments still emerging, and doubtless there will be more to come. Acting US Ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa, Kevin Covert, will lead a public session with a Catalyst audience, to discuss some of these changes, including possible developments to the US-NZ relationship and the foci of the USA in the Indo-Pacific region, and opportunities for international cooperation.

Hopefully this is the first of many events in a year with a few less restrictions. You can keep in touch with Catalyst Trust and other community events by following our Facebook page or keeping an eye on your inbox for our EWS newsletters.
Cheers,
The Catalyst Trust team.
